La chambre était grande et répondait à tous mes besoins. La piscine était propre et bien entretenue! L’emplacement était idéal pour moi, l’hôtel est pratiquement sur la 5e avenue, mais dans un coin plus calme. Il y a plusieurs excellents restaurants à 1-2 minutes de marche, alors qu’à 5-10 minutes de marche, nous arrivons dans le quartier plus touristique de la 5e avenue. Seul bémol, très peu d’outils pour cuisiner. Les restaurants était très bien, on a moins aimé le restaurant italien et le steakhouse. Par contre le japonais, le restaurant principal et les snacks c’était très bon ! Dès l’arrivée, on se sent bien : le personnel est accueillant, souriant et très attentionné. La chambre était spacieuse, moderne et d’une propreté irréprochable, avec une literie confortable et un balcon donnant sur un superbe jardin tropical. Le service d’entretien était impeccable chaque jour. Côté restauration, tout était excellent : plusieurs restaurants à thème, un buffet varié et savoureux, et de délicieux cocktails au bar de la piscine. L’ambiance est paisible et conviviale, parfaite pour se ressourcer. Les installations sont très bien entretenues : deux grandes piscines, un spa, une salle de sport, des activités et un accès direct à la plage. Même si celle-ci n’est pas la plus spectaculaire de la région, elle reste agréable et tranquille. L’environnement tropical est magnifique, verdoyant et apaisant. En résumé, tout était parfait : confort, propreté, gastronomie, gentillesse du personnel et beauté du lieu. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir."
