You rent a car, hire private transportation, or take the ADO first-class bus for about $12 USD per person. It takes a little longer, but it’s much more economical. If you don’t feel like renting a car and driving around town, taxis are always available, just be sure to take registered taxis only! Public bicycles are available to rent downtown too. You will see the BiciPlaya stands where you can rent bikes by the day or by the journey. When you arrive at the property, if you’re arriving by car, there’s a free unassigned parking spot available at Aldea Thai. Just ask the guard where to park. Also, if you’re driving around Playa, be aware there are PARKING METERS in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm. You have to look for the parking kiosk, pay, and display your receipt on your car’s dashboard. Luckily, this property is so centrally-located you can easily walk to many places in town. For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go. A penalty of $10 USD per missing bracelet will apply otherwise. \- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glassware and bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed. \- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay.
