Getting Around: The condo is located at the A Perfect Place condo complex, about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. \- The jacuzzi heater is temporarily out of service. \- Playa is growing, and there’s ongoing construction nearby. You’re likely to hear construction noise during working hours, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm. \- There is NO parking at the complex but a nearby lot charges by the day. You can also park on the street. Just remember to pay the parking meter (from 10 am to 10 pm) and display your ticket. \- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. \- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. \- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. \- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. \- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. \- Electricity is included in short-term stays. For long-term stays over 27 days, there is an electricity charge of $6 MXN per kW (according to the meter reading at your arrival and departure). \- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. \- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm.
