From the beach to restaurants and shops, everything is within easy reach. If you want to explore a bit further, you can hop on a Bici Playa or rent a bike to cruise around town. The condo is about 55 km (34.2 miles) from Cancun International Airport (CUN). We recommend pre-arranging transportation to/from the airport, as taxis can be quite expensive. Alternatively, you can rent a car or take the ADO first-class bus, which is a budget-friendly option. If you're driving, there’s underground parking available on a first-come, first-served basis, so just ask the front desk for access. But honestly, you won’t need a car with everything so close by! Other Things to Note: Electricity: For short-term stays (under 28 nights), 50 kW/day of electricity is included. Additional consumption will be charged at 3.50 MXN/kW. For long-term stays (28 days or more), guests are responsible for an electricity fee of $167 USD per month. Consumption is measured at check-in and check-out. Taxis were readily available right outside. Easily walked to several restaurants. My only complaint was the road noise from the streets below…impossible to sleep with sliding glass doors open.
