Proche de la plage, de la 5e Avenue, restaurant, épicerie, tout se fait a pied. Le condo est surprenament bien insonorisé, très bien dormi sans entendre la musique de la 5 Avenue. On the downside, our dishwasher did not work at all and was not working when we arrived. We got the kitchen unit as we are all cooks. We had a LOT of dishes facing us every morning. That should have been repaired or replaced before we arrived. We should have been told about it and offered a discount or compensation. The hot tub needs updating, but it did work.
