The accommodation is delivered 100% sanitized and includes an antibacterial mat and hand gel as well as surface sanitizing liquid for the use of our guests.  
  
This place is perfect for couples. If you like to enjoy coffee in the mornings or a few beers in the afternoon, your balcony will be your ideal place to do it .  
  
The building has incredible amenities such as the rooftop with pool, lounge chairs and grill. It counts with parking space, 24/7 security and elevator.  
  
The apartment is on the 1st floor, so you will only have to climb one floor either by stairs or by elevator. Upon entering the apartment, the first thing you will see is the kitchen that is fully equipped and the breakfast bar to enjoy your favorite food. Then you have a living room with a very comfortable sofa where one person can sleep and in front of a Tv with satellite service and all this area is illuminated by the large windows that allow the entrance of light coming from the balcony, where you will enjoy having a coffee in the morning or a few beers in the afternoon and cool off and watch the nightlife in Playa del Carmen.  
  
The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, which you will surely love. There you have a desk, a smart Tv (not showed in pictures because it is brand New), a closet to store your belongings, a full bathroom with bath towels, beach towels and a hair dryer. From the bedroom you also have access to the balcony.  
  
✔ Guests have access to the swimming pool on the rooftop, sun beds, lounge chairs, grill, parking, elevator and common areas.  
✔ We offer private transportation service from the airport and to all points of interest in the Riviera Maya (extra cost). We also offer excursions and all kinds of activities at the best price!  
  
✔ You count with a host that will receive you, will help you to have a nice stay with the best recommendations and will be available from 9 Am to 6 Pm, in case you have any doubt or emergency.  
  
The neighborhood is very safe, the building is surrounded by other condos and some restaurants. You are only a few steps away from 5th Avenue where you will find many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, pharmacies, markets and much more! This condo is super close to all the action, the highlights of Playa del Carmen and the beach!!  
Right across the building there are night bars and restaurants, this is convenient for your stay, but in case you find it noisy at night, we can provide a white sound machine if you need it.  
  
Most of the points of interest of Playa del Carmen are very close to the apartment and you can walk to them, or go by bike or taxi.

✔ There is work construction behind the condo, there might be noise only during the day.  
  
The complex has a pool on the terrace that is considered a common area
