Ideal location, great place
The property is really well located - very close to the main Xcaret parks (Xplor / Xcaret), as well as central to some of the best snorkeling spots (Akumal, Puerto Morelos). Highly recommended!

Paradise
This was exactly what we needed after 2 years without a vacation! The community where this house it located is private, safe, extremely clean and well-kept, and a quiet parardise 10 minutes from the beach. Dave and Lupita were wonderfull hosts, and their property manager Jonatan was extremely helpful. The unit is extremely clean and well-kept with everything we required. The grounds are a garden of Eden, and the pools and facilities are top-notch. I have an active family so the basketball court, tennis, soccer field and pools were well-used. We prepared half our meals on site, and ate the rest at some of the incredible local restaurants. Renting a car allowed us to take in local attractions without having to join crowded tour buses. I can't imagine ever going back to an all-inclusive resort after this experience. This was by far our best vacation ever, and we will definitely be back!

Playing in Playa!
Really enjoyed the property. A few minor glitches that were easily resolved to due to great communication with the property manager Jonaten. Sports Club with basketball court, gym and large swimming pool was much enjoyed and used by my kids.

Home Away from Home
I want to thank Dave and Lupita for making their lovely condo available to us. We enjoyed every minute of our long family vacation. We had everything we needed at the Bali residence to de-stress and have fun! The home itself had a very cheerful vibe, which in my experience reflects the spirit of its owners. It was well equipped with linens, beach towels, kitchen complete with all utensils and appliances for cooking full- blown meals (My husband and I both cook: we have 3 hungry kids plus we’re Italian). But you could just as easily order for delivery and the time is competitive with NYC’s. Our favorite places to order from were El Fogon Taqueria and Don Mario’s for pizza. But getting back to the rental- we were very comfortable having a pool and showers outside our door and the sports center with large lap pool, tennis and basketball courts, Game area with ping pong, pool, air hockey and foosball just steps away from our unit. You do need a car though, when you either want to go to the center of Playa or explore the many beaches there are off the main road. I would say it’s a pleasant 12-15 minute ride to both the city center and to the area’s beaches. A shopping strip with a large supermarket (Soriana) and a Sam’s Club is only 5 minutes away. We also felt very safe with 24 security both at the main entrance and before entering our specific complex. The home’s administrator, Fernando, was always available and very helpful with any questions or specific needs we had. All in all Dave and Lupita’s condo is the perfect place to stay if you want to rest, enjoy swimming and sports, and have the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful beaches, cenotes, reserves and nature parks Playa del Carmen has to offer! We are so glad that our guests thoroughly enjoyed their vacation. When we chose the property it was for many reasons, great complex, facilities, and proximity to many different activities. As our guest has commented, it is a great location to use as a base for all of your adventures, or if you want to just relax, you have everything you need within the complex. We tried to set the condo up to be welcoming, relaxing and equipped with everything you need. Come down and see for yourself what a great vacation rental should be!

The property was clean roomy and very affordable. We stayed a week and felt like home with all the comforts of home needed to be comfortable . Close to beaches and the tour staff were able to pick us up at front gate. We would stay there again if we go back to Mexico.

Our stay in Playa
We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Playa! This condo is a little secluded from the busy Playa district. Which is exactly what I was looking for! It is located in a resort called Bali. Everything that was needed for our stay was provided. Maybe could have had a few more bath towels? But this was minor. There was a problem with the AC unit in one of the bedrooms but Fernando who overlooks the property was quick to respond and in a short time had it repaired. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay at a very reasonable price then you have found it right here! Thank You Dave&Lupita!

Awesome condo

Fantastic!
The condo has all the comforts of home. Very well appointed with everything you need. It is a very safe and relaxing community with beautiful landscaping and serene. The sport club has all the activities you could want and a great air conditioned gym. At the condo it is fantastic to be able to walk out of the patio doors right into the pool area. The property is centrally located to all the fun that is available in the area. I really enjoyed my time here, and will definitely return!
