Este elegante alojamiento totalmente nuevo, privado y muy cómodo es ideal para viajes en grupo y/o familiares que gusten de disfrutar la magia que ofrece Playa del Carmen. Se encuentra en una ubicación tranquila y estratégica, donde se obtiene lo mejor de ambos mundos (paz y relajación, estando igualmente cerca de las principales atracciones de la cuidad). Completamente limpio y equipado. Dentro de las instalaciones podrá disfrutar de nuestra alberca, localizada en la terraza, así mismo apreciará los incomparables atardeceres que únicamente la Riviera Maya puede regalar.

4\. En caso de quejas por ruidos o daños al condominio, se darán las siguientes advertencias:  
• 1er aviso: Se notificará al infractor que se está infringiendo el reglamento.  
• 2do aviso: Los huéspedes y la gerencia administrativa serán notificados acerca del reglamento y se aplicará la sanción.  
• 3er aviso: El infractor y/o responsable del apartamento será sancionado con una multa de $100 usd.  
5\. Queda prohibido el acceso a cualquier mascota.

1\. Zero tolerances for loud noises after 10:00 pm  
2\. Strictly forbidden to use balconies to hang towels and / or personal clothing.  
3\. The use of the private parking is not assigned, and its use is subject to availability.  
4\. In case of complaints about noise or damage to the condominium, the following warnings will be given:  
1st notice: The offender will be notified that the regulation is being infringed.  
2nd notice: The guests and the administrative management will be notified about the regulation and the sanction will be applied.  
3rd notice: The offender and / or person responsible for the apartment will be penalized with a fine of $ 100 usd per night.  
5\. Pets are not allowed the access.  
6\. Smoking is prohibited in any area within the facilities.

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities

A notre arrivée on nous a informé que notre appartement n'était pas disponible. Mélissa la manager a bien retrouver notre réservation et nous a logé dans une autre résidence en travaux mais tres sympa sauf qu'il n'y avait pas le wifi. Le lendemain elle nous a rappelé car notre réservation première était libre. Retour à depto level mais pas appartement réservé, pas de balcon. Deplorable, qui n'a pas fait le job ??? Mélissa la manager est très bien
