Welcome to the Jade condo at Singular Joy Downtown Hotel and Residences, with 24-hour private security on site, located in the central area of Playa Del Carmen.



This condominium on the second floor, called Jade, offers you a luxurious 2-bedroom suite fully furnished, and living room to enjoy an extended stay.



The suite has two private rooms, the main one has a King bed, Smart TV, room darkening curtains, USB charging lamps, spacious closet, and private safe in the room. The guest room has a Queen bed, closet, and TV.

The condo has a full bathroom with courtesy toiletries, towels, shower with rain shower head and sink. The separate living room has a sofa and flat screen TV and a small terrace.



The kitchen area has a refrigerator, large microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and stove with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils included. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, plates, and cutlery for 4 people. Pool towels are also provided during your stay.



Singular Joy Downtown has free WiFi in all public areas, the terrace has beautiful sea views and two large outdoor pools, a poolside bar and spa services. Additionally, the establishment offers concierge services.

Please note that there is no parking available on site and that club noise can be loud during certain hours.



This suite is located in a privileged area close to everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. Just one block from the beach and several beach clubs, one block from a convenience store, two blocks from the famous 5th Avenue, 10 minutes walking from the ADO bus terminal, 10 minutes walking from Walmart, 15 minutes walking from the Ultramar ferry station to Cozumel, and a perfect location to quickly access all kinds of restaurants and bars you might look for during your stay.



Playa del Carmen is just 45 minutes from Cancun Airport, one hour from Tulum and close to the Xplor Theme Park and the Xcaret Ecological Theme Park, which are some of the most popular attractions in the area.
