Getting Around: The condo is located at the A Perfect Place condo complex, about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving time varies depending on the time of day. Other Things to Note: Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. \- Playa is growing, and there’s ongoing construction nearby. You’re likely to hear construction noise during working hours, Monday through Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm. \- There is NO parking at the complex but a nearby lot charges by the day. You can also park on the street. Just remember to pay the parking meter (from 10 am to 10 pm) and display your ticket. \- The jacuzzi heater is temporarily out of service. \- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. \- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. \- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. \- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. \- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. \- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. \- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. \- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. \- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost.
