"The room was new and spacious. Unfortunately, there was no power in the kitchen, which was very inconvenient. There was not a heated jacuzzi but the rooftop pool was beautiful. The staff was friendly, especially Javier. The underground parking was wonderful. There are some necessary improvements in this brand new hotel but it was overall a pleasant stay. "

"I would say that we got what we payed for although when flying with Flair you have to pay for checked bags abd carry ons. Two cgecked bags will run you an extra 400$ Nothing to do with stay, just thought I'd add that note. The property is a little tired. The rooms could use sn update and the pools could be re surfaced. The staff was exceptional. Very courteous and are there to help in any way. Ask for an upgrade when you get there. We got a swim ip no extra. The swim ups are nice. The water is a little cooler and more refreshing. The beach isnt the best. The Sargassum that washes up on the beach is pretty bad. They try to clean it up but there is just too much. The food was oaky at best. Getting to the buffet early is key as it gets picked through and tgere is long line ups to the omletts. You are very close to Playa. I Suggest a cab ride in for a day. Lots to see snd lots of bars and restaurants "

"Our room smelled of mildew and the guy tried to gaslight us and insist it was just the room spray. Meanwhile my 4 year daughter is gagging and covering her nose. They did end up moving us into a different room which was good. The staff were mixed— some great and some seemed put out that they had to interact with us. Food was mixed. Lots of additional expenses. Ex 15$usd for a coconut! The facility was super impressive. Kids 3 and 4 loved the play rooms."
