#### Quinto Sol

Great location. Rooftop pool area is spectacular with very comfortable loungers and clean restrooms. Common areas are kept very clean. Condo itself has potential, but needs attention. Bedroom fan did not work; air conditioner in main area did not cool; guest bathroom toilet ran continuously. Manager was notified but no action taken. Also had issues with garage opener (manager didn’t know code and never got back to us) so we weren’t able to rent a car. Kitchen has only absolute basics. Pans need upgrades and there are zero storage/ serving bowls. Bed is very firm/hard. Overall, the location and rooftop make it worth the stay.
