The resort is absolutely magnificent!!! Nothing short of spectacular. It is probably the safest place I've ever stayed at in Playa (and I've been here 1- times), with double gates for security and trusted taxi drivers exclusively serving guests. There was plenty of space at the beautiful pools and the beach even at full capacity. There were lots of staff ready to help at all times, and everyone was pleasant and seemed happy. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained. Towels, utensils and appliances were new-ish and in excellent working order. Six adults could all shower basically at the same time, and we never ran out of hot water. TV and other electronics all were working excellently. We are definitely coming back!! The only downside for us was the rather long distance to 5 Ave and to shopping/eating options outside the resort. So we rented a car (overpriced) and solved that issue easily. We'll rent a car when we come back next time. It is located on a beautiful beach and is within a 40 minute leisurely walk along a pedestrian street to the centre. The unit is nicely appointed. The unit overlooks a 30 acre green space which also features a huge pool and two restaurants. The downside was missing pillowcases, an old dish sponge, no dishtowels or kitchen cleaning cloths. The complex has ample swimming pools, safe and clean. You have the choice of beach with umbrellas, beach beds and bar service. The pools also have a bar / restaurant with good food and drinks.
