We loved how well the home has been restored, eg. amazing water pressure, nice hot water, high end finishes, while maintaining the original architecture! The home was peaceful and had everything we needed for our stay, including for our infant. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! »

« Villa comme sur les photos, spacieuse, avec tout le confort, très belle piscine, soirée agréable sur la terrasse, bbq. Villa située dans un quartier un peu en dehors du centre de Santa Ponça, calme. Centre accessible à pied ( environ 20/25 minutes de marche), sinon en voiture ou bus. Proche de la région montagneuse de l'île, très beaux endroits à visiter. Villa située à environ 20 min de La Palma. Beaucoup de choses à faire, la semaine a été bien remplie. »

Les propriétaires sont disponibles, à l'écoute et donne pleins de bonnes adresses pour sortir dans Palma. La maison est très agréable à vivre avec ses deux terrasses, son barbecue, ses deux douches, son grand espace de vie et sa cuisine toute équipée. Je vous conseille vivement ce logement. « The place was fantastic, pool definitely the highlight and an easy 15 min walk into town square. Know that you’ll need to stay on top of trash/floor sweeping each day to avoid ants but I the views of Soller (with views from pool and house) and pool make this a 5 star stay. »

« Look no further if you want to enjoy gorgeous views of Soller and the surrounding mountains, while at the same time enjoying the tranquillity and privacy of your own home! The house has a lot of charm, with lemon and almond trees in the orchard, and sheep in the surrounding fields. « The view from the house to the sea – and partly to the mountains – is stunning. The house is spacious and super clean. The living space is great. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big with quality bed linen and towels; the beds are comfy. The atmosphere in the garden is amazing, with decorative terraces and a lovely pool. The owners and the local hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. I can only find superlatives to describe this property and our family holiday in Soller. »

« Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. »

« We were lucky enough to spend a month at Ca’n Bob and really enjoyed our stay. The house oozes charm and is beautifully presented in a traditional, rustic Mallorcan style. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean throughout. The garden is a lovely place to relax and the views from the roof terrace are breathtaking. Soller is a great base for walking and cycling and we loved being able to pop to the cooperativa for great local produce as well as walking into town and further afield to the port...

« Appartement spacieux, refait récemment et bien équipé. Bien placé à 5mn de la plage, 5mn d'un supermarché dans un quartier au calme. Equipements fonctionnels (cuisine, climatisation, TV, internet). Dans mon cas la vue sur mer était visible uniquement du balcon, mais agréable quand même. Comme dans tous les hotels on aimerait que les murs soient plus épais, même si l'hotel est plutôt calme par rapport aux environs. L'accueil parle même quelques mots de français.
