You will be staying in a 5-room house that spans 120 square meters on the upper ground floor. The property features a bright and cozy living area with a satellite TV and hi-fi system, as well as an open dining room. There are three bedrooms, one with two beds, one double bedroom, and another with two beds. The layout also includes an exit to the terrace from one of the bedrooms.

The vacation rental is equipped with a well-appointed kitchen that boasts four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, the property offers a shower/WC and a separate WC. For your convenience, gas heating is available throughout the house. Outside, you'll find a 20-square-meter terrace with furniture, a barbecue area, deck chairs (2), and a conservatory.
