« We were there for just a one night stay. Clean and all we needed to crash after a long day! There’s a beautiful view of the lake and a nice yard as well. The owner was a little more chatty than needed but was very kind. No wearing your shoes inside which seemed a little odd as our feet were dirtier than our shoes. There is one small, delicious restaurant 400 meters away, but not walkable. LaFortuna is approximately an hour drive, must have a car if staying here. « This is such a hidden gem! It was a bit trickier to find with my shuttle bus but Gabriela was outstanding communicating to provide me with directions and reference points ahead. When I walked in, I was in awe. It was the perfect tiny home with luxury of daily necessities. Everything was immaculately clean, with many thoughtful touches to make it as comfortable as possible with strong wifi, tv, air conditioning, kitchen, crockpot, kettle, electric grill, microwave, fridge, laundry line, etc....

« The house had a beautiful jungle view and volcano view. The property also has a nice adventurous hike to a waterfall (where the owners provide mud shoes for convenience ) The long driveway would be a bit difficult without 4 wheel drive.but this was communicated to us well in advance. »

« We had a great time at this property. I really like that there was a pool. And the property is very well kept with a functional kitchen and a nice big refrigerator. The host is very responsive to questions and concerns which was great. Also, the Wi-Fi is very strong.
