"Our stay exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect, very near Parque Kennedy with lots of things to do and places to eat nearby. "The staff was wonderful, with great concierge service in particular with Winney who scheduled my daily transportation to the various landmarks and facilitated my dinner/show ticket. Kudos to Cynthia who is a great chef in the kitchen and created meal plans specifically for my dietary requirements. In addition, the waiter Daniele was accommodative in facilitating my dietary requirements and personable in conversation. This is a great hotel with a very busy front desk."

"We got the opportunity to get a paid upgraded room and ended up on the highest floor in a junior suite with the views of the ocean! Floor to ceiling glass panels and ( slightly tricky to operate) automatic curtains made it magical especially the sunset! Breakfast was well catered for with a variety of food. The beds were super comfortable. Located about a 10 minute to the middle of Miraflores the location was perfect. And it was only about a 6 minute walk to the famed Maido restaurant( review in progress) and about a 10 minute walk to Lacormar shopping mall. The staff were helpful too. Overall a definite choice if you want to stay in Miraflores, Lima"
