« notre impression est excellente, sauf que durant deux jours, nous avons été privé d'électricité suite à u pb de générateur de l'hotel. Pour 3500 euros pour 3 nuits., nous estimons devoir être indemnisé pour cette gêne. nous attendons une proposition d'indemnisation d'hotel.com. c'est la première fois que nous passons par votre société, et voyageons 5 à 6 fois par an, c'est un bon texte de votre efficacité pour la suite de nos réservations. nous attendons de vos nouvelles »
