"The view is outstanding. The house has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. St Martin is a very beach location but the private pool was a plus. You are within a 5 min walk to Baie Rouge Beach. To us... it was one of the nicest beaches on the island. The welcome basket was another plus!!! After a long day of travel the last thing we wanted to do was to have to find a grocery store. It was above and beyond. The location was a perfect balance between the French and Dutch. We felt very safe. Ed was very attentive to anything we needed and all of our island questions. We would definitely return to Lyndy and Charlie's paradise."

"Everything was great. We had only two issues. Apartment is located near lagoon where is nearly impossible to swimm. Water is full of sea grass and there is shallow water. Better to walk through the road to opposite side and swimm there or you can use nice pool next to appartment. Second problem there were plenty of little ants called pharaohs. But it is a common problem in the island. Thanks the owner for nice stay."

"Spent 10 incredible days here and loved every bit! Super accessible to the beach, pool, market, bakery. 10-20 minutes from multiple parts of SXM. The house had just about everything we needed to be able to cook - including basic spices, utensils and plenty of dishes. Linens + towels were provided (would recommend to owner having some extra for longer stays!) The community itself is very quiet (besides the occasional motorbike noises at night - but short lived and not too bad) & neighbors are very polite. The owner was very nice and responsive when we had a question. Gave us some recommendations of beaches / snorkel spots, which was fun! They also own a restaurant within walking distance, and we had an incredible dinner & experience! Would absolutely stay here again!!"

"My husband & I spent 10 wonderful days at Betty & Pascal's idyllic place. We have been blessed to stay at many Vrbos and this is our favorite. The view is incredible from the kitchen/living/dinning area and especially sitting on the large patio with lush plantings, sculptures and attractive abient lighting. The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful dishes and everything you need to prepare your meals. Within walking distance there is a market, two bakeries and several restaurants. We had a wonderful meal overlooking the sea at Mezza Luna next door to the property. The food and service are excellent. Nettle Bay Rotisserie has delicious quiches, souffles, whole roasted chickens and more. We had a car and visited Orient Beach, Grand Case, Marigot, Friars Bay Beach, Simpson Bay Beach & Phillipsburg. We enjoyed swimming in the large, pristine pool just meters from the patio. Betty & Pascal are warm, delightful people and we look forward to returning in the future!"

"The property was beautiful with plenty of outdoor seating. The interior was immaculate. The bed was super comfortable and it was very quiet. Rachel the property manager was wonderful and very knowledgeable. My husband and I will gladly rebook on our next trip to the island!"

"We had a fantastic week long stay. It was a quiet community of condos and any neighbors we saw were very friendly. As mentioned, the beach sand does have a lot of sea glass, which is in no fault of any owners...it is coming in from the ocean as far as we could tell. Most glass pieces had been worn down smooth, but there were newer sharp pieces as well, which is unfortunate. Keep that in mind if you have children coming on vacation with you. I actually loved walking the beach and sand areas each morning and collecting sea glass to take home to friends! The water/beach area is not really ideal for swimming, but there were amazing swimming beaches near by to go and explore!! You can certainly swim on the beach at the condo, it's just not a smooth sand entry like most of us prefer. The rental process was super smooth and we appreciated all the fast communication as well as advice before and during our stay. I do think a car rental is a must staying here. Marie recommended Discount Car Rental, and they were amazing. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the end of the week. They even took us to a grocery store on our way in that first night to grab some cocktails since the stores were closing soon. Their office is right next door to the condo. This island really does shine when you rent a car and explore, and this condo is in a perfect location to do so. Thank you for an incredible vacation and sharing your home ~ you are amazing!"
