I didn’t like the wait at check in. The property needs to be remodeled the towel hanger fall off twice during my stay. Extra charge for “premium all inclusive” never heard that I have to pay extra when I already paid for all inclusive. Extra charges that the staff couldn’t explained at check out. Won’t stay in this hotel again

The facility itself is amazing. The staff is phenomenal. The service is top tier. The spa is the best. The beach is beautiful but current/waves were strong. It’s a quick golf cart ride to the beach and other restaurants/facilities. The food was okay.

Dec. 9, 2019Santa Cruz beach is very busy and not that large a beach. When the cruise ships are in it's terribly crowded.

Sep. 8, 2018There is no single Huatulco Beach. Chahue is close enough to walk to and spotlessly clean but surrounded by an upscale resort. Santa Cruz is a short drive/inexpensive taxi ride (easy- all destination prices are posted) and has good swimming and local food. Entrega is a little further, but fabulous for swimming and snorkelling (with good, inexpensive equipment rental). For the investment of a few beers, you can get a restaurant table and umbrella.
