(1,024 reviews) Unfortunately this was the only reservation I could find in the area. Everything was booked, probably due to school functions, activities. Asked for two more towels and was questioned as to why, hair dryer didn’t work (asked for replacement that barely worked), elevator broke down (but was repaired upon our arrival back to hotel), kids allowed to raise cane up and down hallways, shouting at all hours. Surfaces everywhere needed deep cleaning, king bed was not a king bed. Overall disappointing for the amount spent. Won’t be returning.
