"We had a great stay. Very comfortable for 4 adults and one child. The home was decorated beach theme and had everyhting we needed. The only thing we were missing was an umbrella for the beach but being right on the beach and such a short walk it was ok to come inside for a break. We loved being able to walk to the beach and have pool access as well. Comfortable beds and clean home. We would stay again. "
"This hotel was the ideal location for porting for our cruise. It’s updated and the staff was friendly. My only downfall is they have no shuttle service to and from the airport, no shuttle to take you anywhere even to the cruise ports. If they had this service it would really change things over there"

"This house was awesome! There was so much space. Initially we thought the 3 different apartments would be hard to be together but it worked great. One apartment was the meal and common hang out area and the outside worked well too. Plus everyone had their own space. This was also the most well stocked house .. beach towels, chairs, surf board and toys, spices, soaps, etc. and it was close to the beach and the golf cart worked as a shuttle to and from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Enjoyed some of the unexpected wildlife. The pool was a little warm for August but we all used to it every day. Wi-fi at times was a little slow, but nothing major. Fans inside helped keep things cool. A few things weren’t working here and there and we just let the owners know and they were willing to take care of them right away. "

"Great little place. 2 blocks from beach access. Great little place for a stay. Host communication was great. All amenities worked and were clean. Everything was provided which makes packing for travel lighter. Will save this property for our next trip to Cocoa Beach. "

"Wonderful beach house for your next vacation! Couldn't have asked for a better location - practically on the beach. There are too many amenities on this property to list. Some of our favorites included the balcony and ocean views, the game room, and the fantastic resort-style yard. We didn't need to ask for anything, as the house was well-stocked and the owners were very helpful in providing information throughout our stay. You and your fellow beachgoers will love the comfort and beachy vibes inside and out!"
