"The room was expectedly small. However, the bed in the room had a large pointy wooden bed base that made it hard to maneuver around. I hit my leg multiple times. Also, the carpeting by the bathroom was frayed, the room had a strange odor upon entry, and the bath product receptacles were flimsy and the bottles kept falling off. The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Very important note: there is parking onsite. However, request a spot on the ground level. Level 1 is nearly impossible to maneuver without scraping your car on the side wall. "

"Room (floor 15) was clean but tired and impractical for a several days' stay. During the day the room got swelteringly hot. Gym was minimal. Pool and hot tub ok. Staff were courteous but not warm. Parking was $45 per night! In conclusion, for the price we paid, it was sadly substandard"

"Convenient location for the city. There were a few things missing from the room, which were replaced very quickly by the staff. The main annoyance was being awoken early by demolition work to the building next door, but just unlucky timing on our part."
