« Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....

« This resort was great! The spacious condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen had almost everything needed to make our own meals (no paper products provided, bring your own paper towels & coffee filters). The pools were very clean and well maintained. There was some loud maintenance on one of the walkways but there was enough space to get away from it and you can't beat the proximity to the beach. Perfect family spot! »

« This villa was everything we needed and more! My friends are I needed a place to stay and this Vrbo accommodated us last minute. The home was so very clean and stacked with towels, cups, clean sheets, water for guests, basically anything I could ask for. I wish we could have stayed longer! « The location is awesome. It’s near what we found to be the best stretch of beach around the area. It’s located a short 10 minute drive to the city. The place was SUPER clean and well stocked with the things you’d need to spend a week or more at the beach. « Beautiful modern place. The place needs some updates. It is set up for family. With friends, the bunk beds was good for children, not so such for adults. The water was lukewarm and no pressure. It seems to need a new water heater. Having the garage was definitely a plus for safety. »

« The property is lovely. There were Christmas Decorations, a place for a fire pit that the owner offered to light for us. The house was clean, bottled water available, warm and cozy. It was fun to stay in an area that reflect Puerto Penasco instead of removed as in a resort setting. We felt safe (parking was great) and still a part of a community. Thanks. »

The place could use some paint in places and fixing kitchen cabinet doors. Overall, we liked the place, the people and location and felt safe. P.s Tell the guys that sell the packages to back off a bit. One guy in particular was pretty aggressive with his approach and attitude. »
