Fall in love with this corner of Belize during a stay at this high-end retreat right next to the beach! The airy living space opens up to a lovely covered patio, the perfect spot for dining al fresco.

This beautiful apartment is the upper part of Casa Nettuno, the bottom floor is the Garden unit. You will share an entrance, but will have full privacy and use of the top terrace.

Your home base is conveniently located near the airport and midway between the villages of Placencia and the Garifuna village of Seine Bight. The beach is directly past your garden wall, where a paradise of sand and surf awaits you. A little less than a mile up the road, you'll find plenty of grocery shopping and dining.

At the end of a long day in the sunshine, come into the cool air-conditioned space, sit back in the living room, and enjoy some Cable TV, free WiFi, books, or games. A soak in the cast iron clawfoot bathtub in the first bathroom helps wash away whatever worries remain, or revel in the tranquillity of the outdoor master shower. Both bathrooms are beautifully tiled and spacious. The interior of the home is open and bright, and the rooftop is a glorious place to enjoy views of the ocean and your surroundings while sipping a glass of wine.

Wonderful home and property on the beach!
My wife and i stayed for a week and had an amazing experience. Beautiful home right on a VERY private beach and close to ask the things you want to do in the area. Home and property impeccably maintained and had everything we could have wanted. Fully stocked kitchen, great beach furniture, charcoal grill, 2 bikes for our use, and really loved the outdoor shower. I highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Placencia

AMAZING!
Location was Spectacular.. House was Amazing, upper level which we rented is Just beautiful. So private, private beach was just perfect. The kitchen was outstanding and the rooftop is unbelievable.. Our favorite place for sure.... Do not hesitate to book..

Gorgeous beach.
Not for everyone. Accommodations were dated and did not include supplies like salt pepper, paper towels etc. there was air conditioning in the bedroom, the rest of the home side get hot. You need a taxi to get to most places which are quite expensive, however we were there for the beach and it did not disappoint. Gorgeous almost completely private beach. There is a brew pub and the flying pig all within walking distance, no washer or dryer. The outdoor shower may not give taller women as much privacy as they would like, but the beach is so private, it doesn’t really matter. There are 2 older bikes for your use. I would definitely stay here again for the beach.

Private, gorgeous, home in paradise
If you want a quiet home with a private beach, this incredible property will take your breath away. We stayed for a week in October and it was heavenly. We flew into Belize City and rented a car and drove down to Placencia (3 hours) along the Hummingbird Highway. We stopped to buy fresh fruit and veggies from one of the little stands along the way and then found a little market for the essentials (coffee, dinner, beer, bottled water, juice). When we arrived at the house, we were able to put on our bathing suits and go straight to the private beach in the back. You won't want to leave! The house has a huge kitchen, spacious bedroom and bathroom with double sinks, and an outdoor shower that still gives you privacy. There is a second bathroom that is helpful if your partner goes to bed (in the air conditioned bedroom) and you're still up and about. We had coffee on the porch every morning, spent the day on the beach, enjoyed the view and a glass of wine from the top deck, and then enjoyed dinner on the deck. You can see the sunrise in every morning and swim in the crystal clear, warm water all day (don't forget the sun screen). If you want to explore, go on The Monkey River Tour (bring bug spray!), see the Maya temple ruins in the jungle, or walk down to Hobbs (The Flying Pig was closed while we were there) for a beer and a delicious dinner. There are bikes and a ping pong table, but it was too hot for us to bike around. One thing we wished we had known - if you want a cold drink on the beach, bring a cozy! It's hot and muggy so beverages don't stay cold for long. Lots of people fly down to Placencia and then rent a car locally so that's another great option. This is a beautiful home and you'll be lucky to stay here!

Casa Nettuno is in a very private location. 10 minutes from Placencia village and convenient to other restaurants as well. Nice beach lots of privacy. The only shower is outside and was great because we had good weather. No real a/c. One near the bedroom but is very average. Great fans though and a good Seabreeze. We would stay there again.

Absolutely amazing Italian designed home, full gourmet kitchen, two upper decks with views to die for. Indoor and outdoor dining, stunning landscape, immaculate beach area. We loved this place, very romantic, and caretaker Ignacio was super helpful. Great location, private beach, not much more you could ask for.

This beach house is perfect for a family of four or more. Kitchen has all needed to prepare great meals! Plenty of room, very comfortable. We enjoyed the roof patio very much. Would love to stay there again!

Great stay - spacious and well located!
We enjoyed our stay at Casa Nettuno. The space is huge and felt great for 3 people (a couple with a friend). The house is ideal for a couple and one other person or a couple and two kids/friends. The private beach is amazing and has plenty of chairs to lounge in. The breeze throughout the house was wonderful and all windows have screens. It is also a short ride to town (less than 10 minutes). The roof top and outdoor shower are both amazing amenities! I would highly recommend staying here!
