Two one-of-a-kind, top floor apartments right on the glittering shoreline of the Caribbean provide an easy group escape with loved ones, friends and extended family! Both apartments have private balconies with partial sea view and meet in the middle at the staircase on the beach side of the building so you can relax outside as a group and retire to separate apartments when you wish! There's even a gas BBQ grill on one side of the balcony so you can cook up a group feast outside in the sea breeze! The apartments are accessed by a central staircase from the beach/pool or from the parking area to the west. One was very clean and well equipped with all the kitchen utensils. The other was not as clean, and the dryer was not working. The dishes were too big for the dishwasher. It had a poorly equipped kitchen, and we had to use the utensils from the other apartment. Most towels in both are outdated, need changing. We rented 4 units and had a total of 18 all together. The facilities were amazing. The staff were friendly and super helpful. We were concerned about the construction but seriously it was not an issue and everything was kept very clean. Pool was super clean. Hot tub was great. The cabana by the pool was a great place to hangout and we spent evenings out on the private covered pier. We can’t wait to book again for another trip. Thank you to Herbert who was very helpful. Several emails back and forth leading up to the trip with suggestions for stops on our drive from the airport. Hands down a five star experience!!! Highly recommend!!! ##### Lance B. The host met us at checkin and gave us a run down of facility and the best places to eat. We were about 7 miles from downtown Placencia so the resort was nice and quiet. The pool was perfect as well as swimming off the private dock. Beach was well manicured with corn hole and volleyball. Kayaks and bikes were available for use.
