"Quando eu cheguei para o check in não constava a minha reserva, fato que demorou muito para me colocarem num quarto. Então, como esqueceram de passar minha reserva para a recepção, só tinha uma opção de quarto de casal, o qual não era tão bom. Portanto, não gostei da desorganização. Mas os meninos da recepção foram atenciosos e educado, o erro foi de quem recebeu a reserva. "

"O Hotel parece que passou por uma reforma recente , o que fez com que a estadia fosse bem confortável. O café é delicioso com ótimas opções e o atendimento bem cordial.
Quartos limpos, camas confortáveis. Sobre o quarto o que tenho a reclamar são:
- TVs q não são smart (estamos em 2025, minha filha quis ver desenhos no YouTube e não foi possível)
E sobre o hotel em geral reclamo de:
- Academia que poderia ser ampliada (eu teria usado se não fosse tão limitada)"

"Foi razoável pois a TV e o ar-condicionado não funcionaram em meu quarto. Não estava um dia calorento, então até que foi tranquilo. Mas em dias de calor intenso, isso seria um grande problema.
No mais tudo ok. Bem localizado, instalações limpinhas, café da manhã bom também!"

"Several of the window latches were broken. Therefore, the windows do not close properly, and the noise from the streets enters the room. I was moved to a new room, and again, the latches were broken. Also in the corridor (I took several videos and photos). I have more pictures of the room's details. Budget does not mean lack of maintenance. Very disappointed. "
"I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I paid for the first night when I checked in and the hotel staff told me I could pay for my 2nd night/remaining balance on my check out but instead they deactivated our keys on the 2nd day and we were unable us to get in to our room at the end of the day. I went downstairs and they said ours keys were deactivated because the 2nd day was not paid. The hotel staff should have told me to pay in full the 2nd night but instead the hotel opted to lock us outside our room. I found this hotel attitude very disrespectful with their guests. "

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the crisp, clean linens made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and perfect for what I paid. Plus, the location is unbeatable! Just around the corner, you’ll find Bob’s Burgers, McDonald's, and Burger King for quick bites, but if you’re on the hunt for an exceptional hamburger, you simply can’t miss Bauhaus Burgers!
