« Très déçue par cet hôtel, loin du standing attendu pour un 4 étoiles. La chambre ressemblait davantage à une chambre d’hôtel type ibis qu’à un établissement haut de gamme. Le sol était usé et abîmé, ce qui donnait une impression générale de négligence. La salle de bain manquait cruellement de rangements : aucun espace pour poser ses affaires, et une douche extrêmement petite. Même constat dans la chambre, où il n’y avait ni placard ni solution de rangement. Concernant l’accueil, nous devions...
