Directly by the sea, the flat is located on the ground floor of a two-storey semi-detached villa. It has a large terrace, equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and a sunshade, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. Watching the sun set over Stromboli while sipping an aperitif or dining on the terrace is priceless.  
The flat consists of three bedrooms, double or twin; it has three bathrooms, complete with shower and bidet, a large living room, a large kitchen, a laundry area and a utility room.  
The living room, which fully faces the terrace, is equipped with sofas, TV, cupboard, and dining table and chairs.  
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. A utility room with iron and ironing board and hoover completes the room.  
There is also a large sun terrace with shower next to the beach and free parking on the private road leading to the house.  
Villa Laura is about 5 km from the Pizzo exit of the A2 'del Mediterraneo' motorway and about 2.7 km from the town's historic centre.  
The town of Pizzo (VV) can be easily reached, apart from by car, via the international airport of Lamezia Terme, located about 27 km away, and by train at the Vibo-Pizzo or Pizzo Marina railway stations.  
Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival, their number and the desired bed combination.  
  
The flat is approximately 100 square metres in size and consists of the following rooms a living/dining room (sea view) with flat-screen TV, sofas and armchairs and dining table; a kitchen communicating with the living room fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer; laundry corner with washing machine; a bedroom (sea view) with double bed and wardrobe; storage room; second bedroom with double bed or two single beds and wardrobe; third bedroom with twin sofa and wardrobe; bathroom with shower and bidet; large master bathroom with shower and bidet. Mediterranean-style ceramics (from Vietri). The large terrace, accessible from the living room and the bedroom, overlooks the sea and is equipped with awnings, table and chairs, sun loungers and sofas.  
  
A very large private terrace with garden furniture is also equipped for eating meals. There is also a terrace/solarium on the beach equipped with parasols, sun loungers and shower. The property is fenced with gates on the road and sea side. The access road to the villa is private and protected with an electric lifting bar.  
  
Guests will be able to access the beach by means of the private staircase that connects directly to the house. They will also have at their disposal a sun terrace with an outdoor shower near the sea. The owners are at guests' disposal for any emergencies  
  
A few hundred metres away, which can also be reached on foot along the sea, is the famous little church of Piedigrotta carved into the rock. The town of Pizzo awaits you 3 km away with its Murat Castle and its piazza-salon with renowned ice-cream parlours and old artistic churches. At certain times of the year there is a free shuttle service.
