I did have an advantage as I had grown up in this area so I was familiar with the neighborhood. The house was very comfortable; loved the large kitchen with access to a fenced backyard for our dogs. Wish we had been able to enjoy the patio but we had other obligations but it looked like a great place to kick back and relax, weather and time permitting. It was a great neighborhood to walk the dogs but suggest going across the street unless you want a Pittsburgh cardiac hill workout! I would caution anyone who has mobility issues that this is a typical Pittsburgh two story so the steps could pose a problem but the couch was super comfortable so you could stay downstairs if needed.
