Most of my requests were ignored, including missing basic items like a cooking pan and ironing board. Snow was piled in front of the unit’s only underground window and never removed, blocking airflow and daylight for weeks, and the stairs were icy without being salted, creating safety concerns. When I attempted to extend my stay, I was charged without my consent and noticed unexplained price increases. Due to the lack of responsiveness and safety issues, I would not recommend staying here. ##### Arda E.
