Late check-outs are not permitted without prior discussion, as our cleaning teams are punctual. If our cleaners arrive before Guest has left, Guest will be charged at $50 in half hour increments. 6\. If Guest has to cancel their trip past the cancellation window deadline, Host will refund Guest any amount Host is able to get for rebooking your dates above the cancellation amount, up to a full refund. 7\. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the property has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate. 8\. While we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted, as many guests have sensitivities. A deep cleaning unauthorized pet fee of $300 will be charged if clear evidence is found. 9\. This home was huge, immaculate and was perfect for my us, our 4 kids (ages 13,11,4,2) and our parents. The property manager was only a quick text away (only issue was the hot water was scalding and when staying with little kids we needed to be careful). The location was like 1 mile drive away from PNC park/ restaurants on the north shore and less than 2 miles from the strict district and downtown. We made it work but it really isn’t walkable for kids especially in the heat of the summer. The neighbor has a lot of new buildings going up and work in progress to revitalize it but it has a long way to go - not the cleanest area. We would stay again because the house was a great home base for us and fit all of our needs- we know the area well so we navigated getting around just fine. ##### Steven T. No real research going in, and a relatively cursory search for places to stay. We lucked into this property, which was clean, quiet, spacious, and very well decorated. The neighborhood appears to be in transition, with several buildings being rehabbed or new construction surrounding the location. Despite that, we had no trouble with noise or ability to get in or out, and it felt completely safe (frankly, we barely saw anyone else except construction workers). We were just blocks to the highway, which seems to be the only way to get around PGH, but again it was surprisingly quiet. The only item to consider is that the area has very few walkable options for dining, coffee, etc. I would guess that will come with time, but we had to get in the car for most things. ##### Tom R.
