It was convenient that everyone had their own bathroom. The one bedroom downstairs has its bathroom just off from the kitchen (rather than en suite), but it worked fine. At first, we found the exterior of the building a bit off-putting, but the inside was clean and well appointed -- not luxury, but comfortable. The layout, with a bedroom on the main floor, two bedrooms on the second floor, and two bedrooms plus a playroom (complete with a futon) on the third floor, provided ample space for everyone. The newly renovated interior made the house feel modern and exceptionally clean. The hose also provided ample amounts of essential items like garbage bags and bathroom tissue. Despite an unexpected challenge with the water heater, the host's immediate response and quick resolution showcased their attentiveness. The host was not only prompt but also easy and kind to work with. Additionally, the house's close proximity to downtown Pittsburgh was a major plus. Although the neighborhood initially seemed a little shady, it turned out to be safe and pretty quiet, further enhancing our overall positive experience.
