We had difficulty sitting on it to watch TV for more than a few minutes before the wood and springs started hurting us.--The bed pillows are flat and worn - even stacking them on top of each other is less than one standard new pillow--The nonstick pots and pans in the kitchen have all been scraped and ruined with metal utensils--The porch light and bathroom light are both broken or burnt outThe biggest issue we experienced was the bathroom. The shower head dumps full stream of water directly against the windowsill instead of the tub, and black mold has grown in the sill and frame. The bed is directly in front of the bathroom, with the HVAC blowing above, and we woke up itching, coughing and sneezing, eventually just keeping the door to the bathroom closed with a towel draped over it to block airflow. I had to buy extra toilet paper as well. The whole place could use some fresh paint to cover up interior wall marks too.
