Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of two (2) up to a maximum of four (4) persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever. 3\. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 4\. We offer a Chore-Free Checkout, and do not ask our guests to clean prior to checking out. However, this does not give permission to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to excessive trash, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour. 5\. Late check-outs are not permitted without prior discussion, as our cleaning teams are punctual. If our cleaners arrive before Guest has left, Guest will be charged at $50 in half hour increments. 6\. If Guest has to cancel their trip past the cancellation window deadline, Host will refund Guest any amount Host is able to get for rebooking your dates above the cancellation amount, up to a full refund. 7\. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the property has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate. 8\. While we love our furry friends, pets are not permitted, as many guests have sensitivities. A deep cleaning unauthorized pet fee of $300 will be charged if clear evidence is found. 9\. The location is walkable and we navigated to PNC Park and the museums (Children's and the Warhol) from the location. Parking was FREE, just be sure to put the correct license plate on the form provided by PM. The space had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and ample bathroom and kitchen supplies were on deck. If you like coffee, there is a nice little coffee shop next door. Thanks for sharing your space.
