There was security for both the building and parking. The leasing and support staff were friendly and responsive. It's a really neat converted space, and comfortably appointed. We booked at the last minute and the manager actually called and walked us through parking and the checkin procedure, even sent a video via text! We brought our dog and it was welcome on the property too. Access to Downtown Pittsburgh was great and lots of restaurants and things to do were within easy walking distance.
