May 5, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Small and convenient The apartment was in a great location and in excellent condition. Bed was firm but comfortable, and everything was very clean. Parking was a definite challenge, absolutely no place to park despite the claim of "ample street parking." It was also quite confusing to find the actual apartment. The biggest drawback was the price. Not sure if the price spiked because of the Pittsburgh marathon or all the grad events, but it was way too expensive for such a small place. Also, for that price, you really should give people two towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.I think I'll pass on this place next time I visit. ##### Beth B. Nov 17, 2024 Liked: Location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication #### Roooough Start First; the instructions are literally 15 steps... the building layout was confusing. I got my key from a different building than I was staying and when I tried to get into my building it wouldn't work. Someone had to let me in. The stairs that were instructed to enter in was no where near the room like in the instructions. It was a super confusing experience. When I got to the room it hadn't been cleaned...I got a hold of the company and they made me send pictures to verify.. and were not able to get in contact with the housekeeping company. The rep said "well if you're going out tonight can you just get sheets?" What kind of response is that?! No I'm not buying sheets for your stay. Therefore I stripped the sheets, threw them along with the towels into the laundry.i cleaned the bathroom with the supplies that were in the apartment. I left that night and when I tried to get back in I still could not. The rep told me that "it's only you having problems we have other guests and they get in fine" acting as though I didn't know how to use a key fob. I tried explaining multiple times and they just kept telling me to look at the instructions. Obviously that wasn't my problem. Someone let me in again and then the rep asked for a video. The next morning I sent a video and was on the phone for an hour before they could send someone to look at the key. The guy wasn't able to fix it. Finally got it taken care of after the second guy looked at it. I was refunded but not nearly enough ##### Alex B.
