Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit. 《 SECURITY CAMERA 》 Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units and the camera must be functional at all times. This security camera captures activity Outside of the unit only. 《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》 ➤ Check-out times are strictly enforced unless arranged and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid disruption to upcoming reservations. Guests who fail to check out by 10:00 AM will be charged a $50.00/hr late checkout fee, as our cleaning team operates on a tight schedule. ➤ Unauthorized Late Checkout: Staying past the scheduled check-out time without prior approval will result in a $50/hour penalty. If the overstay exceeds 2 hours, a full additional cleaning fee may be applied. 《 CHECK-IN TIMES 》 Guests are also expected to adhere to the check-in time. If a guest arrives before the scheduled check-in time and requests early access, an early check-in fee of $50 per hour will be applied. This fee covers the additional expenses associated with accommodating early arrivals. 《 GARBAGE 》 Garbage is to be thrown out in a sealed bag in the outdoor bins. Recycling and Garbage must be separated accordingly.
