Found the room was up a flight of stairs. Had my 91 year old dad traveling with us and he was having issues walking. I immediately called them and informed them of the situation and they refused to refund. Literally less than an hour from booking to check in and they couldn't refund due to disability. Had to call from multiple numbers as...

"This property was not available and the host would not answer a call, so I ended up having to stay elsewhere for the night. Luckily l, Expedia refunded me, but on the day of my arrival I had no place to stay for a moment, so this was a terrible experience. Do not rent there."
