Renting Gene’s Stimson condos has become our Spring Break tradition! Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and visiting our Cal Poly student. And Gene is the best! His condos are very clean and well appointed. We love the spa and deck! And our friends rented to condo next door for a fun filled weekend on the Central Coast! ##### Leslie L. Beds were very comfy. Walking distance to downtown shops and the pier.
