Super safe and short walk to downtown pier area, restaurants, shops etc. Being able to park 2 cars in the garage made everything really easy. The unit was really clean, kitchen was well-stocked, beds all comfortable. Many excellent restaurants in walking distance - definitely recommend Pismo Burgers & More, Wooly's, Breezeway Cafe, and Pizmo Cafe. One thing to note is that there is no master en suite bath - 3 bedrooms are roughly equal size and there is one small bathroom on each floor. It worked out fine for us. Easy beach access and house has some beach supplies which saves you on having to pack chairs, wagon, etc. Owner is quick to respond if you have any questions. Stopped here for a few nights break during a 2 week trip down the CA coast. The arrival instructions were clear and the condo was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The property is great for access to the beach, which is at the end of the street. Close to shops, restaurants and pier area.
