Ocean Casita features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a spacious living room with a high-end sleeper sofa for extra guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom also has a queen bed. Additionally, the living room offers a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. SmartTVs are available in both the living room and both bedrooms. While there are plenty of nearby restaurants to explore, the chef-grade kitchen might tempt you to stay in and cook, enjoying the comfort of the living area. All the essentials are provided, and for week-long rentals, a mid-week cleaning can be arranged upon request. The condo comes with one assigned parking space and is located on the ground level. Additional parking can be found on neighboring streets. Within minutes of walking, you'll find wine tasting, biking and hiking trails, beach activities, excellent restaurants, and cozy coffee shops. Day trips to Hearst Castle or Big Sur will take you to some of California's most stunning cliffs and hidden beaches. My only challenge was the master bedroom is located next to a busy street. So the traffic was a little loud. Also, the security gate shares the same wall as the bed, so as people walked in, the gate would slam- which was very loud. But the owners have no control over that. Oct 4, 2025 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy We came into a dirty room that may have looked clean but wasn't. Toe nail clippings on our bed and on the kitchen floor, medium length black hair hanging on the walls of the tub. Super gross. To top all off someone at management refused to accomodate us a few more hours for check out after i explained it was for medical reasons saying and I quote "I'm sorry - the reason your late checkout request was declined is due to a very strict schedule that we must follow at this time. Checkout remains at 11:00 a.m." So this basically forced us to make a decision to leave a day early even though we had paid for it. Later as we were leaving someone else trxted me saying we could stay the few hours after check out but by then it was too late our R&R time was ruined and cut short by the first person who responded. Its not enough to say sorry we will do better next time for the dirty apartment and sorry we have a strict schedule to go by for a few hours more for checkout. Its the end of September and the beginning of fall. I had luckily brought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned everything. You only get ONE chance to make a good impression in hospitality and seven sisters vacay rentals falls short in both (cleanliness and accommodation) aspects.
