Welcome to Pisgah Retreat — a breathtaking custom home offering privacy and captivating mountain views! Conveniently located less than 15 minutes from Dupont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, and the town of Brevard, this gorgeous home sits on a secluded lot nestled in the mountains. Whether you choose to go hiking, biking, shopping, or simply stay home and relax, this will undoubtedly become your family’s new favorite home-away-from-home. Upon arrival, you’ll find easy access to the main level of the home through a welcoming entrance that leads into the main living space. The open-concept great room is bathed in natural light, thanks to a stunning wall of windows that frame the expansive mountain views. Vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings and rustic beams pair perfectly with the comfortable furnishings, large flat-screen TV, and cozy stone fireplace with gas logs. Adjacent to the living area, the dining space features a table that comfortably seats 8—ideal for gathering together after a day of adventure. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove, standard coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare gourmet meals during your stay. Upstairs, you’ll find the loft, a half bath, and the primary suite. The loft is open to the main level, making it a cozy second gathering space for both kids and adults. Super well cared for, spotless, and well appointed. Something to note is that there is not alot of flexibility in checking in early or having a late check out. We spend a lot of time in Brevard but this is the first time we've stayed on the side of a mountain - what a view! The fog in the valley at sunrise with the Fall leaves was spectacular. as were the night stars. The house was perfectly set up for our group. I was apprehensive about the drive up but the road is paved up the mountain and the last little bit of gravel driveway is not bad at all. Will definitely be staying here again. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated the comms from the property manager who checked in if we needed anything. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again. This house was a wonderful spot to access lots of waterfall hikes and also downtown Hendersonville and Brevard for restaurants and breweries. The views from this house were amazing at sunrise with coffee and a rocking chair. The house had everything you need to cook meals at the house and had space for us all to hang out comfortably. It was clean and communication with the property owners was prompt and helpful. Pictures are accurate. The only negative it the driveway, I would not stay here if there was a chance of snow or ice. - If you follow the directions give you will find the House easily but once on street to house GPS is not accurate. All three of travelers drove past the drive when we first arrived, but once you know where it is no issues. Again home is Beautiful, close to Brevard and Hendersonville is not too far. The views are so great. We were a group of girls and the house was perfect. The kitchen area is big and we could all move around. We enjoyed nice sunsets from the living room. The views are so relaxing. The house is well managed and well decorated. Makes it very pleasing to stay there. Will probably come back. Close to trails and towns. Great time!!!
