The house was just as described and perfect. It is a very spacious house with large kitchen and conveniently located between all the waterfalls and trails and the town of Brevard. It was spotless on arrival and has everything you need. My kids loved the game room and spent most of their time there. The property owner even checked in during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. We will definitely stay here again but longer next time to enjoy the house more. ##### Steve P. The house has a great layout and is very spacious. It is decorated nicely and not cluttered. While the photos are accurate, it looks even better in person and feels like home. It’s extremely spacious, clean, & had all the amenities we needed. The decor was artsy & creative, but without clutter-giving the home a great vibe. Communication with Melissa was consistent & clear w/instructions for our stay/departure. Will most definitely rent again when we’re in the beautiful area! ##### carrie s.
