A charming 40 square meters apartment, perfect for three guests, located on the first floor (NO elevator) of a former convent.  
  
The property is strategically located, well-connected to the charming city center and in a neighborhood with all amenities.  
  
Main attractions such as the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Cathedral are easily accessible by public transport or a relaxing stroll along the Lungarno.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.  
  
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.  
  
Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.  
  
The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site.  
  
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.  
  
Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).  
  
If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
