"It’s just like an apartment, there is nothing like hotel or hostel in it. There is no one in reception after 8 pm and all the gates were closed even the outer main gate after 10 pm. They give me a bunch of keys containing my room key, apartment main door key and main gate code. "We stayed here for 2 nights in the month of early April. The appartment is beautiful. Elena was so helpful for everything, she was always available for any need. Location was 10 km away from lake Garda and it is in a beautiful location surrounded by mountain. Room was cozy,very clean.bathroom was very spacious. The seating area was also nice to enjoy the view from balcony.The only difficulties i faced was the kitchen was on the 1 st floor and it was outside. But it was my mistake while booking...
