The Rustic, comfortable apartment block "Case Vacanza" is located in the center of Pinzolo, Italy, in a sunny position with an excellent location that is right in the center but still quiet. It is conveniently situated just 300 meters from the skiing area. The property offers amenities such as Internet Wifi and Parking. You can enjoy easy access to various facilities within proximity, including grocery stores, supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, pedestrian zones, bicycle rentals (50 meters), and a bus stop (20 meters).

One of the rooms has 2 bunk beds, while the other double bedroom is a gallery space measuring 50 cm with a double bed.

The kitchenette comes with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and free Lavazza coffee capsules for the coffee machine. The bathroom facilities include a bath, shower, bidet, and WC. Heating is available from September 20th to May 20th. Outside, you can enjoy a large balcony with terrace furniture and a sitting area, offering beautiful views of the mountains and the town.
