You will find a cozy 3-room house spread over 130 square meters during your vacation. The living area serves as a sleeping room with a bed and a pull-out bed, along with a dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio, and DVD player. This room leads to the terrace. There is a walk-through room featuring a double bed, another dining table, a kitchen corner, and a shower/WC, which also provides access to the terrace. Additionally, the property has a double bedroom and a playroom.  
  
Amenities Included  
The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The house offers gas heating and parquet floors throughout. Outside, you can enjoy the roofed terrace with a south-east and west-facing position, complete with terrace furniture and a portable barbecue, providing a pleasant view of the garden. Other convenient facilities include an iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and WiFi internet.
