« Really liked this place. Wanted to get away for a few days so we rented this property because of the proximity to the lake. We decided to bring our boat down and thankfully the marina down the road allowed us easy access to the lake. Got some good fishing in. The house was clean and looked well taken care of. Nothing to complain about in the slightest. Just an a great trip overall! »

« We had a wonderful stay at your home and would absolutely love to come back. It made a really nice and close home away from home on our small vacation. During our time at your home we attended the Texas Ren Fair in Todd Mission which was only about 40 minutes away. We really enjoyed using the Hot Tub, Grill and the living area downstairs playing games. Thankyou for providing a wonderful home for our stay. »

« House was beautiful. Loved the neighborhood and neighbors. Everyone was so friendly especially the owner. He was quick to reply anytime I had a question and was always professional. The house had everything we needed including towels, toiletries, detergent, and some pans/silverware. It was very clean and well kept. All bedrooms are on the first floor. Unless you want to take a break in the small loft upstairs, you won’t need to go up there (mentioning this in case anyone has disabilities)....

« property is in a great location. near by resturants and grocery store. Coffee option were great. Fishing in the lake directly behind the property was a blast. caught plenty of catfish! »

« Property is just as described. The porch over the water is serene. Fish weren't biting, the area is slightly flooded, but a very relaxing getaway. The bed is comfortable. Everything you need for cooking is available, just bring your groceries and don't forget the coffee. The town of Jefferson is nearby with nice restaurants and plenty of antique shops. »

« We had a ladies retreat from our church. The house was perfect for our group. Lots of room and the beds were comfortable! Absolutely the best communication with the owner. They were amazing throughout the whole process. We enjoyed s’mores around the fire pit. The home was a wonderful relaxing place to spend our time. Will be back again!!! »

« AC did not work. Wet hallway carpet. Water standing on back patio. Rickety dining chairs. All older men in our group. Fishing at nearby lakes. Overall it was a nice place good location. Hot tub was great. Very clean. Nice amenities. »
