The only knock I have is TVA draws the lake down in the fall and winter months and the dock configuration doesn’t allow access to the water - the floating portion of the dock was probably 8’ below the fixed portion of the dock, so using the kayaks or water access isn’t feasible. We were there in mid October, so my kids were disappointed they couldn’t get down to the water. Other than that, I would happily stay there again. Communication was clear in all all emails, and someone responded quickly when we were in need. All rooms were clean and kitchen had everything you'd need. There was a crib and high chair for the baby, and the deck was so relaxing. The view was beautiful, and every aspect was relaxing. It was great, and highly recommend. The house was decent but it wasnt perfectly clean but it wasn't worth complaining about. My kids and wife where excited to use the hot tub, Go outside and take top off and at first glance it looked clean. I started up the jets and white stuff was floating everywhere it looked super disgusting. I emailed management and I didn't even get a reply back. The other downfall is we booked this rental over a year ago and was charged 100% a year ago instead of a deposit.
